ABOUT

The Pike Lake Area Wastewater Collection System (PLAWCS) is a "Township Owned" wastewater system.  It is jointly owned by Canosia Township and Grand Lake Township. It provides service to businesses and households on and around Pike Lake in St. Louis County, Minnesota.  The system is governed by a six member Joint Powers Board made up of the supervisors of the two townships.
