PLAWCS APPLICATIONS AND FORMS
Approved Contractor List
All work done within the PLAWCS district must be done by an approved contractor.
Contractor Application
Complete the application. Submit it, along with a $30 application fee. Once received, the Joint Powers Board will review the application at their next regular monthly board meeting. If approved, the contractor must submit a current proof of liability insurance prior to be listed as an approved contractor.
New Connection Cost Sheet
New connections whether gravity or lateral require the same deposit for each connection unless otherwise approved by the Joint Powers Board. Once service is completely installed, unused monies will be returned to the property owner. If costs exceed the deposit, the owner may be responsible for the difference.
Land Use Applications
St. Louis County cannot approve a Land Use Permit, Conditional Use Permit, or Variance Permit within the PLAWCS Sewer District, without PLAWCS reviewing and approving your PLAWCS application first. Please contact PLAWCS FIRST to determine if your plans will need pre-approval. Then, you can obtain county zoning permit applications through the county.
